Poetic Essential Stretch
Designed to relax, cleanse and strecth out the whole entire body. Good for building flexibilty, splits, and releasing stress. Healing the body with movement. Combinding yoga and sexy exotic moves.
Pole Dancing
Learn sexy pole routines to your favorite song. Learning transitions,coordnation, balance, rhythm, and pole choroegraphy. Combinding pole movements, and to move with grace. Levels 1,2 & 3.
Pole Aerobics
Recommended for beginners. A great way to get familar with the pole, build upper body strength, flexibilty, and innercore. After 5 classes you'll be climbing that pole with ease. Combinding pole strecthes,yoga,pilats, and exotic moves. Levels 1 & 2.

MARCH 1 ST 2014 Poetry began two new pole fitness classes FAB-POLE-OUS & 40 & OVER AND POLE. Both classes were created as a fitness support group, FAB-POLE-OUS for thicker woman and 40 & OVER AND POLE are our "wiser" women :) !
