I'm Pole fitness is for anybody who wants to become strong, flexible, tone or someone who just wants to have a fun workout.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF POLE FITNESS?
I'm Pole fitness has many benefits both physical and mentally. Physically pole fitness will help you build more strength, endurance and flexibility.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE A CLASS?
We recommend , at least twice a week but the more the better. You will see and your progession.

DO MEN TAKE CLASSES?
Yes, we call them POLE NINJAS. At PIM, males are encouraged to take INNER CORE Pole Fitness Class. Everywhere but the U.S. men pole dancing is popular, we bring that excitement to PIM. Join today!

DO I NEED TO GO TO THE GYM OR EXTRA POWER TRAINING?
No, pole fitness is all you need. Try a PIM Challenge and see your own results.
